Return & Exchange Policy

A few words on returns and exchanges…

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Because of our open return and exchange policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges past 30 days of delivery. Aesthetic Revolution’s return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accidents, or if product care instructions are not followed.

 

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you may return it at any time.

 

Unfortunately we cannot take returns or exchanges on leggings, underwear, or socks due to sanitation issues.  

 

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS (UNITED STATES)

You can return or exchange purchases from Aesthetic Revolution by mail. Whether you are returning or exchanging your items, please submit a return or exchange request by clicking this link. Once your request has been approved, we will upload your pre-paid shipping label to our Returns and Exchange portal. If you are exchanging items, please include a note with your order with your exchange request. Initial shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.

 

You must have a proof of purchase (online receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.  

 

Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. Items can go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

You can return or exchange purchases from Aesthetic Revolution by mail. If you are exchanging items, or returning items, please include a note inside the package informing us how you would like us to proceed. Unfortunately, your international return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. You may submit a return or exchange request by clicking this link.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES & CHARGES

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control.

 

International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by your specific country. We have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur. If you do not wish to pay this fee, you may refuse its delivery. Refused deliveries will be refunded once our Customer Service team has received the package. Initial shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Aesthetic Revolution is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

 

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of our return policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

To return or exchange an order by mail, please Include a copy of your proof of purchase.

RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 1-3 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

Once your exchange is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an email will be sent to you including the tracking number for your new item.
 
We only replace items past our 30 day policy if they are defective.
